All purchases made on PokePings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or service.

You are responsible for any charges you have approved, including subscription fees, free trial renewals and any other associated costs. Each charge is processed only upon the customer's explicit approval.

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will keep access to the services until the end of your billing period. We kindly remind our customers that they are responsible for managing their subscriptions.

PokePings staff reserve the right to change any of the policies, services and tools provided at any time, at our discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Violating community guidelines or engaging in any form of misuse may result in termination of services without refund.

All content provided by PokePings, including but not limited to monitors, guides and proprietary tools, is the intellectual property of PokePings and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

PokePings is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.

PokePings reserves the right to terminate services for any user at our discretion, without prior notice.
